The Students' Council 2019-20 of
K. J. SOMAIYA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, Sion, Mumbai
is organizing
FITNESS CHALLENGE
for all the Students, Staff and Faculties of various Departments and Institutes.
KJSIEIT is accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade and 3.21 CGPA.
Three programs : Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering have been accredited by NBA.
Institute has been awarded 'Best College' under Urban Region by the University of Mumbai in 2018-19.
It's been quite long since we all are locked in our houses and trying our best to be productive. But don't you all feel lethargic and bored at times? Don't worry, we the Students’ Council KJSIEIT, are here to help you out with a fun event which will not only kill your boredom but will also help you maintain your fitness..!!
THE FITNESS CHALLENGE
CONCEPT :
It's a 2 week challenge. We will be posting exercise routines on our instagram page @sckjsieit.
Complete the exercise routine from the videos and guidelines we post, record it and send us the videos.You will have one week time span to do this.
It is compulsory to send us videos of all the exercises, even one missing video of any exercise will lead to disqualification.

NOTE :
The decision of the Students' Council KJSIEIT will be final.
RULES :
1. You have to DM us the videos in proper and decent attire within one week from the day when it is posted on:

3. Winners need to post our result announcement in their stories, tagging @sckjsieit, @kjsieit_22 and @dhiraj_kumar_badminton_
